FREE SHIPPING:

We offer free shipping on any purchase of $250 or more within Canada.

 

FLAT-RATE SHIPPING:

The following flat rates apply for shipments within Canada:

• BC @ $15.00

• Alberta & Saskatchewan @18.00

• Manitoba, Ontario & Quebec @ $18.00

• Eastern provinces/territories @ $18.00

If an order is returned due to an incomplete shipping address, or the order is refused or undeliverable the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to reship their order. If Cooltugs erred in the shipping label, we will incur the costs to reship your order.

If you have an urgent order, please contact us at christine@cooltugs.com prior to placing your order to so we can discuss alternative shipping possibilities.

Cooltugs is not responsible for any orders lost during shipping.  We highly recommend the customer pays the extra cost for insurance on all orders that we ship.

Orders usually ship within 2-5 business days in the order in which they are received. Exceptions may apply.   If we are out of stock, at a tradeshow or on holiday we will do our best to notify you within 2 business days of receiving your order.
